Returns & Exchanges

At Dr Simi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dr Simi account and select the items from your recent order that you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
